Location was ideal. room was as advertised. Great communication from owner.
The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’d have liked. I had to wipe the toilet seat and wipe around the sink etc. could’ve done with a better clean prior to our stay.

Quiet, clean, comfortable basic room. Nothing fancy but worked well for us. Great location minutes from the Minster and Shambles

The location was perfect to explore York. Couple minutes to get to city centre and see the Minister. Bedroom was spacious, cosy and clean. Bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size to move around in. Bathroom was clean and good facilities. Karen was lovely and stayed in communication with us throughout our stay which was appreciated! Lovely stay overall
