Very friendly porter who assisted me very quickly after my cancellation from the last hotel. He was very nice and caring as I was stressed from the last hotel.
Had a very good night probably one of the best in a long while.
The shower was a little difficult to use, maybe a clearer dial for hot and cold water.

Bed comfortable, but shower room small and shower cap needs to be replaced, accomodation generally needs to align with a higher standard
Old features (lamp not working, wardrobe old , shower cap not working properly), chairs and carpet not something that i like
