Owners were lovely, answered all my questions and really went above and beyond for us. Gave us a free upgrade for our stay. Our room was clean and had a lovely little balcony. Great value for money would recommend

Easy to find, safe, comfortable and clean.
Just a minor detail: there was no decaf tea / coffee / herbal tea in the room,and not really enough milk portions for 2 nights

The wee conservatory, comfy mattress and the price reflected the room. Late check in was also possible. Plenty of lighting.
A metal bed frame in a guesthouse is never a good idea. It wears down much quicker and ultimately squeaks alot
I wasn't the biggest fan of tell us when you leave. I understand it's for housekeeping but you have said it's a 10am check out so obviously I am going to leave for that time. It doesn't feel very customer friendly but that's just a small thing

Couldn’t fault the location and we got lucky with the parking on a nearby street. The bed was comfy and the room was a good temperature.
The size of the room was extremely small including the bathroom, it was hard for two of us to get ready without banging our shins on the corner of the bed. There was also an awful sewage smell from the bathroom.
