It was clean and comfortable. A central location close to the seafront and shops/cafes.
The neighbouring property was noisy and our room’s location by the front door meant we could hearing it banging open and shut in the night.

Location and value for money.
The room has no sound proofing, my sleep has been interrupted by the sound created by slamming of doors (from the access door for the three rooms), the beds squeaking sound every time I change position and I can hear the other occupants.
