The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was fine and seemed clean, though I didn't like the carpet much. We chose the hotel because it was advertised as having a restaurant. We arrived to find it didn't.
Breakfast was not at all interesting. I do understand there are staffing problems in the world of hospitality but would it have been so hard to make filter coffee or get some granary bread?

Impossible to communicate with them. They send an email with questions and if you ask a question back you get no replies.
