Very friendly reception staff
Organised a pass to allow us free transport in Geneva for the duration of our stay.
They set out rooms out beautifully to accommodate two toddlers in cots and infant in roll away bed.
The gym on the 14th floor had magnificent views over the airport and watching planes take off was great fun

no1,we were upgraded due to someone else being booked into our room.no2 staff were excellent in getting it sorted immediatly. allonso, the bar person was super friendly, funny and so proffessional.
did not know you had to inform hotel you were waiting for the shuttle bus, we waited 25 mins before i rang up to see where the shuttle was . the shower holder did not stay up, we did fix it ourselves, did not tell reception, which we should have done to allow them to resolve for the next people.

Fridge in room not working. No where to sit in sauna area and no soap in shower. Expensive for type of hotel
