Polite and friendliness on arrival. Slept well in really comfortable bed . Heard planes a little but not enough to bother me.
Breakfast was unbelievable with something for everyone with extras like meringues with cream!
Bus drivers on shuttle very friendly and helpful.
Would stay there anytime,, in fact I am in May!

Shuttle was helpful from the airport and tram stop was a short walk away. Interior was modern and appealing.
Our room smelt of smoke despite being no smoking. We had to ventilate the room considerably before sleeping in it bit thankfully the windows opened fully. The airport noise is considerable. We have stayed the other side of the airport previously and I would do that again. The noise here was disruptive. The early check in was expensive and misquoted via prior online comms. This was not made clear at check in despite the reception staff being adamant to the point of rude. We wanted only one room so a second room good will gesture offered us no value, what we wanted was a reasonable price and as previously quoted via messaging. Check in was also very slow (and it seems, we paid for the 20 min to stand there and check in as as part of our 'early check in' fee).

Well presented. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was great.
Food was a little expensive but very nice.

Proximity to the airport and tram station. The staff in the morning when I checked in, Martin I believe, was amazing as were the staff dealing with breakfast.
Arrived in the morning and checked in then went out for meetings and when I came back at night I was given a room key that already had someone in it. Went back to reception and no apology was proffered or acknowledgement of the mistake.
