Very professional staff, helpful. Spacious room, comfy mattress.
Shower's cold water was not working properly, which made showering challenging. Also, there was a recommendation left on the bed which seems to me out of place, unusual the least. It says: "Make an impact! Please just make the bed and empty the trash!". One can draw its own conclusion about it!

Good location for a journey through France to Northern Italy. The hotel is a little out of the centre but easy to get to. Facilities were excellent, especially given the total cost was no more than we probably would have paid at most chain hotels. Staff were very professional and free juices and coffees in the Reception area were welcome!
Very little! Signing positing for parking was a bit weird and if you didn't want to eat in the on-site restaurant (which was quite pricey) then finding alternatives involved a drive, but otherwise, all very good!

Modern, clean, comfortable.
Difficult location (outside town, on a motorway junction).
Limited dining options -- either the upmarket restaurant that's attached, for which you need to reserve; or a limited selection of finger food at the bar; or get in the car to go to town. No room service option. No indication of the limited dining options on the website.
Plastic glasses in the room -- cheapened the place.
