Modern clean rooms and friendly staff.
Room was quite small, breakfast buffet was expensive.

Brilliant location, just off 2 motorways and with a small town close by for shops, etc. Plenty of parking with some EV chargers as well as a large bank of Tesla chargers. The hotel decor is modern and comfortable, with a spacious reception area with bar, seating and the breakfast area. Rooms are large with comfortable beds, clean and well appointed bathrooms and a hospitality tray and mini fridge. Food in the bar area is tapas-style with a limited menu, but well presented and tasty. We've eaten in the restaurant attached to the adjacent casino on previous visits and enjoyed the food and ambience.
It would be nice to have English Breakfast tea as an option in the hospitality tray selection, as well as milk, which we had to find in reception. There must be a lot of UK and other visitors who habitually drink black tea with milk.

Difficult location (outside town, on a motorway junction).
Limited dining options -- either the upmarket restaurant that's attached, for which you need to reserve; or a limited selection of finger food at the bar; or get in the car to go to town. No room service option. No indication of the limited dining options on the website.
Plastic glasses in the room -- cheapened the place.
