Great location between the main train station and Old Port. Room was small but comfortable, with windows opening onto the main street. Funky/cute second hand side furniture gave off student vibes.
Front desk was open 24 hours, which was great. But desk staff varied by personality, from almost pleasant to clearly wishing they were elsewhere. I had to request room towels, apparently there was an issue with the laundry.

The hotel room was alright. The hotel was clean enough and the staff tried thier best to be as helpful as possible
Most of the staff only spoke a small amount of English which made checking in a bit more difficult. The room lighting was very dull and we didnt seem to get much light in from the street even with both windows being open. The toliet bowl was massively marked and the bathroom had an awful smell. Parts of this hotel were quite run down. The street this hotel is on is very busy through the whole day and night. Our rooms windows must have broken seals as we could hear everything going on all night. Didn't get a great night's sleep

My first room was old and worn out (flooring, paint, etc) and the second renovated somewhat but in need of lighting, repairs and upgrades
