The location is amazing, very close to the old town and it is waking distance from everywhere, old town and the lake. The bedrooms are spacious and the apartment is big compared to other apartments you would find in France.

This property was absolutely beautiful everything is modern and beautifully decorated. It was a great location and the owner was very gracious and helpful. If you’re traveling to Annecy with family or friends with four or five people and want a top notch place to stay, this is the perfect place for you.
Oddly, the master bath, which was very large and beautiful, did not have a toilet.
