La casa es moderna, está perfectamente pensada, es muy acogedora y extremadamente agradable para vivir. Todo ha sido diseñado con mucho cuidado y no falta absolutamente nada: la cocina está especialmente bien equipada, los espacios son cómodos y funcionales, y todo estaba impecablemente limpio.
El jardín es muy agradable y el barrio particularmente tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar plenamente de la estancia. La posibilidad de hacer una barbacoa es además un verdadero plus. La casa está situada aproximadamente a 30 minutos andando del centro de Annecy, pero el paseo es muy agradable y totalmente factible, incluso en familia. Para nosotros, la distancia no fue en absoluto un problema.
