The modern interior design made the whole place feel very welcoming and comfortable. Everything was also impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout our entire stay.
I have to say that everything was absolutely perfect during my entire stay. There was nothing to complain about as every detail exceeded my expectations.

Our stay in Annecy was truly exceptional, and a big part of that was thanks to Latifa. She is one of the most professional hosts I have ever encountered, polite, attentive, and always ready with helpful suggestions that made our trip even more enjoyable. My wife and kids absolutely loved her warm and welcoming approach. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the beauty of Annecy. A special thank you as well to Nawal, who took such great care of the apartment and ensured everything was impeccably clean and well prepared for our arrival.

Very close to the old city, extremely spacious, very good air condition. Great terraces. Beautiful design. Friendly and helpful housekeeper.
1. Rather noisy location, also at night due to the proximity to a road where people like to accelerate ferociously.
2. Really good kitchen but poorly equipped with gear: e.g. old pans with scratched surface, not all pots fitting to induction stove, no garlic squeezer, no drying board for hand washed tools, old cutting boards, not sufficient cleaning stuff.
3. Apartment was not clean when we were let in: floor not sufficiently cleaned so we got black feet, tooth paste spots on the mirror, lipstick on night table and one towel - staff cleaned it however next days following our complaint.
