This house with large space will fill you with its large pool of 10 m long with his treatment naturally active oxygen and these terraces .You have a walk-in shower and bathtub réez upstairs 2 WC, a fitted kitchen with oven, plate cooking gas city, dishwasher, washing machine dryer, additional fridge, all rooms are large and very welcoming

We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families.

Well maintainted property with everything required for a comfortable self catering holiday. Only suggestion would be to provide some fans as no air conditioning. Joel is a very nice host French speaker only. Little remote so a car is needed, would book again.

This property was excellent and had everything we needed & more. The kitchen was well equipped and had cleaning products & store cupboard essentials which was much appreciated rather than having to go out and buy everything.
The pool and outside area was clean and spacious.
We did not have a car but the bus stop was very close with regular services into Annecy.
Any questions for the owner were replied to quickly. We would recommend staying here.

What an amazing Villa and Host. Myself and four other adult Bikers shared this 5 bedroomed Villa. Wonderful facilities including the swimming pool. All equipment you’ll need to be comfortable. Host Joel was always available if needed. All mod cons including dish washer, washing machine, 2 showers, 1 bath. 2 toilets. BBQ, outside loungers and ratten furniture around the pool. Outside eating area for large groups or families. Plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. The villa is in a quiet residential area with beautiful views. Will be hoping to return one day. We were very happy.
