Très bel et grand appartement en plein cœur d’Annecy. Lits confortables et cuisine bien équipée.
N’ayant passé qu’une nuit, nous aurions apprécié d’avoir les lits déjà faits à notre arrivée, ainsi que les lieux déjà chauffés.

Location was excellent, right in the centre of the old town. Apartment was clean and modern and well equipped with kitchen appliances.
3 flights of spiral stone stairs to reach the apartment, then another flight once inside. The second floor of the apartment could more accurately be described as a mezzanine, the twin bedroom is open plan and the other bedroom opens from it. There are 2 toilets in the apartment but neither are on the upper floor.

The building itself is very old yet the apartment is bright and modern. The A/C is central and is very effective. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows which is a big plus. The showers have strong water pressure. Check in and departure are easy processes. Alexia, the owner, is communicative and very friendly.
I read about the building having no elevators. The stairs are spiral and concrete and it is 4 flights up and there’s more stairs once you open the apartment door. It was fine for us to walk except when we arrived and departed having to deal with luggage. I would rent again because it’s evident that Alexia puts much thought into providing a comfortable stay. I would not recommend it to those with any physical limitations.
