The property is luxurious and spacious with generous supply of amenities. The location is right in front of Interlaken Ost, close to shops and on the Main Street of Interlaken, which is great for travelling and and sightseeing.

no breakfast
We rented in a 2 room apartment for a family of 4 adults for CHF 870 (including CHF 350 for property charge). The first night had no hot water supply and all of us was shivering in our bath. The property owner paid us CHF 50 for that very trouble, I wonder if I was fairly compensated.
Overall, this property is too expensive and too big for a short few days holiday and no breakfast provided. It will be good if you rent for months for family but again, it will be too expensive.
The service change is exorbitant! We had to clean the house on departure the way like a cleaner ourselves (rules stipulated clearly in a file on arrival) eg. throw rubbish before leaving, wash all cups and plates ect despite I had already paid service charges of CHF 350 (property charge per stay) (which is not refundable). I had to pay for another CHF 300 as deposit which would be forfeited if they find the property was not cleaned to their standard on departure.
All the rules set and laid and the extra charges left us a bit stressed like being 'not holidaying or am I here to clean your apartment while on holidays? :(
Anyway, we left the place clean and tidy-up as new as before and we hope to get back our CHF 300 deposit which was collected on arrival.
I would rather book a stay in hotel next round, with a proper 24 hours front desk and good breakfast especially in a cold place like Interlaken/ Jungfrau.
