Downtown Apartments

The location is amazing. Bang opposite the station. And a short walk from the main shopping area, garden etc. The room had every amenity possible, coffee machine, microwave-there was provision in the common are for a washer-dryer too. Very comfortable stay. Would choose it again or recommend to friends and family

The bathroom was really really tiny; and the mattress was not very comfortable. Also the room shares space with someone else’s house - so there’s a fair amount of noise in the early morning and late nights.

Close to the Interlaken town center shops and restaurants. Fairly large amount of space (huge main bedroom, living room), with large windows. Nice bedding. Full working kitchen with relatively large refrigerator.

Odd structure of the building connection with the elevator and condos next door, and bare plywood construction of exterior access, plus old staircase outside, made it feel insecure. One of the smaller rooms had window looking out to this insecure looking access balcony. Interior was fine and showed it had been in use for some years. Interior door locks were unusual (to foreigners) and took a bit of effort. The laundry area in the basement of building smelled like petro, and was too creepy to use (dark, accessible to public).

Everything was very organised and the instructions were very clear
