It was a nice cozy apartment with enough space for a family with upto 3 kids. Lots of utensils at kitchen. A small balcony at back was useful for smoking :)
Only one toilet, although the property is being rented to 2 families with 1 kid in each. I found it is ideal for 1 family with 3 kids (1 big kid, 2 smaller - fittable in bunk bed). Kitchen exhaust not working. Some problem with WC-flush.

Very good price, good location, comfortable beds.
No information about check out or communications from the host about it when we contacted them.
Very limited kitchen equipment and multiple appliances didn’t have the right plugs on to be able to use (i.e. the toaster and the microwave). The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets to be able to wash them. No shower curtain so whenever anyone showered the bathroom flooded.
