    The apartment had realt bad odor particularly in toilet which didn’t disappear even in two days. Dirty in many areas and cleaning wasn’t up to the standard. Room heaters didn’t function well to keep it warm. Master bed was making lot of noise and mattress springs were poking out uncomfortably. It felt like a low budget place. Only positives were the location as it was verye easy to reach, surrounded by restaurants with COOP nearby. Onsite parking was the biggest advantage.

    This was the worst experience we’ve ever had, and we are very disappointed with a place that ruined our stay. The pictures posted on the website are fake, and it seems that the owners are scammers. This location is meant for homeless individuals (a picture of the sign is attached, indicating "free apartments"). We ended up renting a different hotel at 12:30 AM because we felt unsafe staying there. The beds and sheets were dirty, with crumbs, food, holes and large stains (pictures attached). I plan to file a complaint with my credit card company to request a refund and investigate the owners. Apparently, the Agoda website would not let me upload pictures, therefore, the Agoda site will be investigated as well.
