Upon arrival we were greeted by a very lovely an enthusiastic man, who went to the trouble to highlight areas of interest on the map. When he saw us in reception he always gave us a big wave and a cheery smile. The breakfast options very vast and delish. We had two evening l
Melas there and they were delicious too. Bed was comfortable pillows were average. Location was great not far to walk to town.
No hand towel also and no top sheet which I know is very European but when you are too hot under the fluffy duvet then you are just left uncovered not a fan! #bringbackthetopsheet

Location is close to the main route in and out of Rouen, it has secure underground parking with easy access via lift to reception. The main city is within 15-20 minutes walk of the main city shops, historic buildings, cafes, restaurants and bars.transport is available from Reception which is 24 hours.
It’s clean quiet, spacious, has facilities with games area for Children and young adults with an excellent selection of Breakfast food

The arrival was friendly, the beds were decent, the shower was hot. The location was nice by the Seine. There is onsite parking.
The room was cold and had carpet which smelled.
