Unusual to stay in a retirement apartment but beautiful and clean and well equipped. Very comfortable. Easy to find on Google maps but we struggled to gain access to the building. Staff were very helpful when we found someone. Safe underground parking. Not a desirable area to be out in. We popped to the supermarket 4 mins walk away and brought food back to the comfortable well equipped apartment.
Access was slightly tricky.
Poor area but that wasn’t a problem. See above.
Ask staff for Internet code. We couldn’t find it and there were no staff around after a certain time.

We have stayed several times when travelling to SW France and works for us.Has underground parking.Dog friendly
Area is 20 minutes walk from cathedral and is a little down at heel

Totally different to the norm but sooo good.
This is primarily a retirement complex that lets apartments.
The staff are exceptional and nothing is too much trouble.
I wish I could speak more French then I would have played board games and cards with the residents lol.
The car park is totally secure and great for cars and bikes but there is a height restriction
Was advised NOT to go into town at night so I got an uber eats delivery

They rent out rooms in elderly facility!
Walking to the cathedral through the neighborhood is very unpleasant and seems I am on a different continent
