The location was perfect and the rooms were decent size. We only stayed 1 night and didn't have the breakfast there. Overall, a good location to stay if you are heading to Rouen.

The location can't be beat for experiencing the heart of Rouen and the staff was incredible. The breakfast was good for the most part.
Breakfast was a little difficult for a person with celiac disease. The pillows were not super comfortable (my only real criticism is there should be pillow options like at most hotels of this level).

The location
Although we had trouble with the hotel’s account at booking being hacked and my name, telephone number, the dates I wasnhome and the hotel I was visiting bring leaked ( someone whatsapped me ) - the hotel did not actively mention it. We do not know if creditcard info was leaked. We will report the incident now to the Dutch authorities.
Our room was not clean. There were dirty marks on the bathroom door. No water in the room - water was kept in the receptionist at the lobby you had to get it from there. Breakfast was not up to standard, no extra plates. Coffee was awful. Very little variation. Food (scrambled eggs, vegetables) were supposed to be on hot olates - food was lukewarm warm.
