Ibis Styles Rouen Centre Rive Gauche

It was the best ibis styles hotels we have ever stayed. Rooms were big enough and it was suitable for my family with kids. Very spacious rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with variety of food and drinks.

Very comfortable rooms and beds, a more modern sleek look, decor was very nice. Windows opened for fresh air. We had a quiet room, plenty of space to store suitcases and clothing. Lobby was beautifully appointed, spacious lounge area. Check-in was easy. Breakfast included in our booking and it was varied and excellent. . A totally enjoyable experience. Very good parking area, which was free.

The property was great! Nothing negative to report.

Location is ok if you are just passing through Rouen. Not really suitable if you want to enjoy the historic center (about 40min walk to get there). No restaurants in the neighborhood.

So so. Bedroom badly designed Ceiling flight too far down by side of bed. Kept hitting my head on it Lift out of action one morning. No warning no signposting Could not leave hotel on departure day for one hour. Stuck in car park because mini marathon going by. No warning from hotel no signposting in hotel warning clients to leave by a certain time if necessary We had a ferry to catch in Calais and were quite concerned. This is appalling management from ibis styles The bar man was rude and did not seem to be able to cope.

Property is run by a bunch of inexperienced staff which makes the whole set up rather unpleasant. When we arrived I had to say Bonjour as 3 of them at the desk just looked at us and did not ask any questions
