I have traveled to many European countries and experienced all kinds of accommodations. This hotel was truly unique and first-class in terms of cleanliness, management, and hospitality, and I am completely satisfied with my four-day stay here.
Use of the pool was an additional cost, which was also expensive.

Nice large room.
Facilities like the pool had to be paid extra plus timing booked in for it.
Reception staff quite non accommodating and uncaring.
Area wasn’t the nicest part of Rouen. Walk late at night alone wouldn’t be recommended.
