a great place to stay for a few days. good location. nice small cozy clean room. staff was very helpful and quick to respond. a recommend!
if you have a car, a bit of a problem to find a place to park and parking is pricey in Brighton.

Very close to the beach and walking distance to everything! The room was clean, well equipped and a good size! Shower was nice and hot, and very clean. Good communication from the owners all the way through my stay. Would definitely stay again.

I liked the room, comfy bed and good facilities. Location was good for what I needed. Value for money
I knew I could contact staff if needed but not having reception or left luggage facilities were the only slight downside.

It was very close to town centre. Very convenient for all activities planed.
Check in and out was easy.
Room felt cluttered with unnecessary furniture. Space could have been used more efficiently.
We asked about one of the offered parking permits but didn’t get a response to our question. Instead we received more automatic generated messages (one of them was an offer for a safari through different parts of Africa??)- communication could have been better.
