We had a lovely stay at Jorvik house.
Room was nice and large with everything you need for a weekend stay. Very quiet at night which was perfect after a busy day.
Staff were friendly and helpful ,we will definitely stay again if we comeback to York.

Poor quality pilows, twin beds fastened together to make a double - not comfortable . Tea stains around the bin, which hadn’t been cleaned . Cobwebs , bathroom extractor not working - no window in there wither - signs of mould and plaster peeling .
Room was cold no instructions for how to use the heater , reception did help when we called the
However . Expensive Mini bar but no cold water provided in the room . Tao water only .
