Enjoyed the stay, very good and stable WiFi, comfortable bed.
Great proximity to public transport, only a 3 minute walk to a transport hub, metro and buses (start/end of the lines, so could actually find an empty seat). There is a convenience store across the street, and another one 2 minutes further. Didn't test the restaurant on-site, but the pizza from next door is really good.
The gym is actually a small room on the 6th floor, and can only be accessed after 8 AM, due to the noise of the machines, that might bother other guests. I know it's probably not very important to most, but I wanted to have a good treadmill run before leaving for a morning event, which proved to be impossible due to the opening hour.

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Resturant served good food at reasonable prices.
breakfast was okay but only one variety of cheese and crepes and pancakes were not kept warm which I thought was a little odd but maybe
normal practice in france.

the rooms very clean, which means a lot to me
I had an impression that my room was a part of a larger appartment with 2 rooms, since there was an inside door, between the two rooms, which maked me feel a bit uncomfortable, since the next room was occupied by other people and you could listen their conversations. That was very thin door and it was locked by a little latch, which one may probably have in the bathroom.
When we arrived the first think we were told is that the rooms are not going to be cleaned every day due to energy crisis, though cleaning doesnt necesserity mean change of towels, they could have cleaned it without changing towels, just to have clean room I suppose!
