The property was in very convenient location for great value. With a lovely view from the window.
Transport links right at the hotels doorstep.
We traveled light so space wasn’t much of an issue though I do believe with large or multiple suitcases space might be an issue but can also be negotiated.
There’s shelf storage + hangers and free space behind the doors and under the bed to work around the small space around the bedroom which I view as a positive.
The walls are quite thin so movement from neighbours can be heard. Though this wasn’t an issue so much on our stay, it’s something to be aware of.
The bathroom when left open did give of a foul eggy sewage like smell when left open did which wasn’t ideal. The mirror shelf needs to be balanced. You’d hate to have any valuable toiletries in glass containers falling off and smashing. I hope that’s something that will be addressed.

Excellent location for exploring Lyon, rooms were well kept and had what you needed to get by for a few days. Stayed in comfort double room which had comfy beds and a TV. Staff were very polite and helpful.
Room was slightly smaller than anticipated but did not cause us any issues.
Lift was quite small - heard this is common in France so be prepared!

Convenient location next to a tram stop. Easy walking to the historic areas. Plenty of variety for breakfast.
A low stool instead of a chair made for uncomfortable sitting for an older, tall person with creaky knees.

Reception team was lovely
Location is amazing near city centre and transports
Had a decent breakfast and made available gluten free bread
The rooms’ door systems all had issues so several attempts and hard push had to be made to enter. the noises made by any guests were therefore constant (including us as you couldn’t avoid it). There was a funny smell on 3rd floor
