The view out of th windows is just remarkable. You look right down on the Grand Place!!!
The carpet in the hallway was really pretty shabby, the rooms were comfortable but a little bit run down

Great Location and amazing views of the Courtyard, and friendly helpful staff who go above and beyond
No AC in room during heatwave but staff provided 2 fans. Toilet clogged at night and no staff to fix until next day in the morning. Bolt lock on door broken. No safe. Drawers had last guests trash
