The staff were super friendly and helpful! The location and view were both incredible! The view of the Grand Place couldn’t be beat. Highly recommend getting a view room - floor to ceiling windows that open. We were able to easily walk everywhere that we wanted to see. The room was spacious, elevator worked great for luggage and us. Shower was a tub to step into in our room - #22.

Perfect location. Gorgeous Rooms , Immaculate, Bathroom was lovely, Shower & Bath . Hairdryer and plenty of tea & coffee in the room

The location was excellent.
We were given 30e refund for the inconvenience.
Restricted view from our window. I booked this hotel specifically for the view.
There were no catering facilities and we had to walk to a restaurant over the other side of the square. We were given Eggs and Croissants and told there was nothing else even though we had dietary requirements.
We were woken up at 7am by building work next door.....again not told in advance.
