Nice and close to the station. Clean room
Hotel ran out of water due to a burst water main outside. No shower....no toothbrushing, no compensation!!

Lovely hotel right next to train station, infact station could be accessed by door direct to station. Had food in the evening, very nice. The walk into Brussells old town is not very pleasant, looks like they are doing a lot of work to upgrade the area

They need to prove their customer service expectations
Specifically the lady who was dealing with us was rude.she doesn’t know the value of customers, she doesn’t even care about us.
Their attitude with us was not fair
