The hotel is located within a short walking distance of the historic city center and Manneken Pis. Several other attractions, such as the Musical Instruments Museum and the Oldmasters Museum, are also easily reachable on foot. The stop for bus 95, which goes to the European Parliament and the Museum of Natural Sciences, is just two streets away.
Our room was suitable for three people, clean, and bright, with daily housekeeping
Breakfast offered a reasonable selection and was generally good.
The room lacked a fridge and a standard wardrobe, which may be inconvenient for longer stays.
The hotel restaurant operates only for groups, and the rooftop bar on the 8th floor provides limited dinner options.
One important detail is the deposit policy. The hotel requires a €150 deposit at check‑in, which is pre‑authorized on a bank card and released only after check‑out. Although refundable, the release time depends entirely on the bank and may take longer than expected. A cash deposit or a valid credit card can also be used as a guarantee. Guests should be aware of this requirement in advance, as it may affect their available funds during the stay.

Very near the major sites to see and great access to public transportation. Quite good selection of breakfast. Friendly staff
1. The room, especially the toilet area smelled like the sewers so it was difficult to breathe even with the window on. The neighborhood it was in was a bit sketchy and dirty.
2. There wasn’t any freebies (dental kit, hotel slippers, etc) apart from the water bottle in the room.
3. Toilet paper was too thin like it was less than 1 ply.
4. The coffee machine in the breakfast room kept pouring more milk than coffee.

Location
Not a dislike more of an opinion. Would have liked the bar on the roof to have been open earlier on the Monday as if you were travelling in the afternoon (after a weekend away) it would have been nice to have spent some relaxing time up there .

First night impossible to sleep before 3am due to rooftop bar noise and vibrations. Bar shuts at 1am but then cleaning team makes lots of noise.
Following day was a bit ruined as we were exhausted. Got another room for second night as we insisted .
