Er is veel moeite gedaan om de kamer te verduisteren, een fijne plek met een goede indeling. Onze kamer op de eerste verdieping was toch behoorlijk geluidsarm.
In het bed lag iets korreligs waardoor ik onrustig sliep. Nog steeds geen idee wat het was, maar het waren zeker geen beestjes, eerder zand. De matras was brandschoon en erg nieuw, met zelfs een comfortabele topper.

Very well located, extremely helpful staff, for a good price. Cozy rooms with the essentials for a few nights in the city.
Temperature was hard to regulate, with the windows open it was loud ( being near the grand place and concert venues)

The decor is depressing to start. It’s located in a run down part of the city - an awful lot if litter and rough sleepers. To be fair however it didn’t feel unsafe. No proper wardrobe, just a rail over the bedside area which also housed the coffee maker. I travel solo and don’t stay in expensive places but I’ve stayed in nicer places for the same money. Breakfast ok but the staff need to keep the music down. The radio was very loud and could be heard in the breakfast fast area very distracting. The decor is awful. My room was painted a very deep blue with an orange sink and white toilet. Dreadful. The entire hotel needs a lot of money spending on it to improve it. When I drew my curtains back I was faced with a metal fire escape and walls badly in need of replastering. The image below says it all. The room was rather dark.
