Only sleeping for 8 in beds. The County permit allows us a max of 10 people in the home.

***This home does have a steep driveway, this comes along with having an amazing view atop the hill. Please be prepared in the winter months. There are stairs in the home, this is a 3 story home.

~In the winter we keep all of the deck furniture in the garage and it is not available for use. Because of winds and snow we must store the furniture.

Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Cozy rustic cabin with beautiful views. Kitchen is well stocked. There is a lot of dust due to the interior being log walls. We never received an email for the check-in process to the property 24 hours prior to arriving, we called the property management number on the sign of the property and after 20 minutes of communicating back and forth we were finally able to get in.

The view is incredible literally every direction and every time of the day. They let us check in early, and out a little later which was really appreciated. This is by no means a luxury property if that is what you’re looking for.It is however a rustic cabin that has the basic necessities. The decor is quite eclectic, almost like they took furniture from random smaller rentals and came up with a house full of adequate items. You likely won’t find this view for a better price, so decide what you are in it for. Hot tub was great and the temp got nice and toasty! Close to multiple public beach options and 10 min to heavenly, it is a great location.The driveway is not for the faint of heart. I would recommend using the garage to pivot and turn around rather than backing down. With snow on the ground in the winter, I would be tentative to want to use it. There is no AC in the summer, so be mindful the time of year you are booking. Would I stay there again? Maybe

Great location with over look views of Lake Tahoe. There was a broken window in the kitchen, and kitchen to hot tub door was out of alignment. Also theres a mice infestation. The owner provided pots and pans for cooking, which was great, but they were covered with mice droppings and we needed to clean them. Nice droppings were found in the showers. Nice are bread we had in a plastic bag. The place could use a deep dive of cleaning as there's lots of cobwebs. The coffee maker was broke but management provided a new on promptly. The dryer machine is in the garage and is not properly vented and takes forever to dry cloths. Overall good location but for this price point the property needs updates.
