About this house rental
Pismo Awesome ... named appropriately for its awesome location, decor and views!. Our condo is a unique property in the heart of historic Pismo Beach. Pismo Awesome is just steps from Pismo Beach’s best surfing breaks, warm white sands, and award winning restaurants and wineries. Our condo is also conveniently located near the famous Pismo Pier and surrounding specialty shops. Visitors can experience all the benefits of beach life just a few steps from their front door.
This three-story condo is located at the back of the complex, end unit. Upon entering our our condo, you are instantly drawn to the spacious living areas filled with natural light. The condo features dark hardwood flooring, terra cotta pavers, granite counters, and high-end finishes throughout. The vertical nature of the condo allows for ocean, mountain and city views from the rooftop deck.
The casita, located at ground level, is a separate sleeping suite with mini-kitchenette. Discrete access to the casita provides additional privacy for guests desiring detached solitude. The casita suite has a queen bed fitted with fluffy crisp white linens, small refrigerator, microwave, full bathroom outfitted with toiletries, and TV. Up the flight of stairs, upon exiting the casita, is the main living areas; also with separate keyed access.
The living room, dining and kitchen areas are located on the first floor. Guests move from each living area to the next with ease with the condo’s open floor plan. The owner's selection of upscale furnishings and linens are in a soothing cream color palette. The kitchen has gourmet grade appliances, quartz counter tops, and is well stocked with cooking utensils and serving dishes. The kitchen table seats 6 plus a nearby high-top table with seating for 4.
Your suite awaits you after a day at the beach, or wine tasting at nearby wineries. The master suite and second bedroom are located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a queen bed outfitted with crisp white sheets, TV, fluffy pillows and fine toiletries. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed outfitted with fine bedding. Adjacent to the third bedroom is a full bathroom, equipped with a tub/shower combination, and a full size laundry facility.
The third level is the condo’s grandest living space yet - rooftop living area with panoramic views of nearby mountains and oceanfront. Whip up your coastal cuisine on the natural gas BBQ center, or pull up a comfy chair at the dining table.
This condo is not handicap compliant. The condo is three stories, and stairs should be considered if traveling with a guest with limited mobility or small children. No day visitors that exceed stated occupancy. The secured garage offers parking for 2 automobiles. Pets are prohibited. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside or outside the condo.

WAY above expectations. Pictures don’t do it justice somehow. Ordinarily pictures are deceiving in a negative way, not this amazing property. Close to everything, way bigger than expected. Perfect for games, lounging and enjoying all that Pismo has to offer.

⸻We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable and relatively well-maintained.. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches throughout The location was great — close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still in a quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the roof topview and the cozy living room area.The only thing to note is that the property has a lot of stairs, both inside and outside. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with small children, seniors, or anyone with mobility issues.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider coming back!⸻Would you like to anything about the host, amenities, or local attractions?

This condo was perfect for us and extended family. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. I loved that we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Nights were the best enjoying the sunsets on the rooftop. We have rented this condo a couple of times and it has always presented well. Great job management team!! We will be back.
