A two car garage is accessible from the entry foyer, as well as the first level queen bedroom and en-suite full bathroom. Beach gear is in the garage (beach wagon, sand chairs, sand toys and beach towels).
The second level is a spacious open living area. The living room has comfortable furnishings, sleeper sofa (queen), TV, dining table for 6, beautiful kitchen with chef grade appliances, and a convenient half bath. From the living area are large sliding doors that open to a balcony with a gas BBQ grill and bistro set. The balcony, overlooking Wadsworth Ave, offers ocean and downtown views.
On the third floor the master bedroom welcomes you to relax with a luxury king bed, SmartTV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom on this level features a queen bed and is next to the second full bath and laundry center. From the third level exit to the spiral staircase to the rooftop deck.
The roof-top deck offers sparkling ocean views, and breaking waves.

House was clean & only 4 blocks from the beach. Loved the close proximity to great nearby restaurants which were not chains. Initial issues with the garage door opener as it would not close after entering. However we switched out the batteries & it worked fine. Communication with the host was immediate & action was taken quickly. Had a great time visiting the Hearst Castle & seeing the elephant seals nearby. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here with three adults and two kids. The house is very clean and had ample sleeping space for everyone. I like the design of two bedrooms on the third story and one on the first story. Kept it quite as kids slept in. Easy walk to main Pismo area and beach. Overall, I recommend this location and would stay here again in the future.
