Large upper deck, Ocean Views, Patio furniture. The living room is equipped with a big screen high definition TV with Cable & Blu-Ray player as well as wireless internet, and sofa sleeper with linens provided. Washer/dryer. 2 level deck right on the sand, patio furniture, Gas barbecue. Primary bedroom, king size bed, large High definition TV with cable and Blu-Ray player. Second bedroom, queen size bed, TV and DVD player. Third bedroom, queen size bed, TV and DVD player.

We love PS 130! This has been our favorite condo for many years. The remodeled condo is clean and functional. A few tips that need to be addressed, slow drain in guest bathtub, king bed in back bedroom is squeaky and uncomfortable. Other than those two things, everything else is great! We have been staying at Pismo Shores for 12 years! Looking forward to many more years here!

Unit 130. Overall things were good. Space is as advertised and fairly clean. Location, of course, is great. Staff did a very good job on arrival communicating ahead of time prior to our arrival and making it easy to get checked in and out. A few things that could be improved on. Bed mattresses are old and a bit uncomfortable. Same for towels. I think the water filter on the refrigerator needs to be replaced - not filtering out the alkaline taste you get from tap water. outside patio areas are great. You might consider having them get a quick 5 minute cleaning ahead of new arrivals --lots of cobwebs, etc. over everything. Also, the furniture outside is showing some wear and tear. The webbing on one of the chairs had webbing that was tearing. Appreciated the beach chairs and boogie boards being in the garage. I think having a beach umbrella would be a good add on for those of us flying in from outside the area that can't bring that.Overall, we had a great time and would come back. I'd be asking about the beds though :-)

Our family has stayed at the Pismo Shores facility for many years. We have always enjoyed our stay and did so again this year. Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic forced the facility to close the spa and limited access to the pool. We understood the reason for doing so, however, the restrictions could have been handled differently. Bill, the day supervisor, was exceedingly kind and apologized about the new restrictions. However, he is off on Sunday and Thursdays and therefore the pool was closed. Shouldn't Coastal Vacation have hired someone to come in on those days to supervise the pool so renters could have had access to the pool? When the pool has limited access, shouldn't Coastal have given a discount, like $100 per day, when the spa was not available? We have children who love to swim in the pool or sit in the spa after a cold day at the beach. There needs to be some adjustment to the daily rate when the spa and pool are not available. We are incredibly pleased with the cleanliness and décor of #130 and it fits our family needs. We will continue to reserve our accommodations in the future, however, if the pool and spa are not available then we will request a discount or cancel our reservations.
