Placed centrally in the heart of Florence, this former 13th century old apartment building Have Been Restored on 2015. The apartment with a naturally beautiful and warm wooden floor, have been designed and furnished by craftsmen.
The large master bedroom, equipped with a wall closet, double-glazed windows with shutters and blackout, king size bed with organic mattresses made from natural latex and the finest linen, will ensure a silent and perfect night's sleep. The murphy bed, and the daybed in the living room is perfect for a guest.
There are two full bathrooms fitted with rain showers.
The apartment is outfitted with a complete kitchen, where con be hosted dinner parties for up to eight people with everything you need to prepare and serve a fine meal. With both a full-sized oven and a dishwasher, entertaining is a breeze.
The location is close to the Sant’Ambrogio marketplace, where you may shop regularly for meats, cheeses, and produce, and also is within easy walking distance to supermarkets near both Piazza Salvemini and Piazza Beccaria.
This apartment, offers a wireless internet access and the washing machine.
The central historic district of Florence is minutes away on foot, as are the Arno River, Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza Ciompi, and dozens of fine restaurants and shops.

This apartment was truly wonderful and offered an unforgettable Firenze experience! I stayed for over a month and couldn't have been happier with the place; it immediately makes you feel at home.The space was fantastic and bright: it featured a spacious living room with a comfortable dining table and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. It also had a large, peaceful bedroom, and a fully stocked kitchen. I appreciated the plenty of linen provided.The location is unbeatable, putting me close to the Duomo, all major museums, and excellent shopping.What truly made this stay special was the phenomenal service. My host, Paolo, and the housekeeper, Elena, were the most amazing team! Their warmth, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcome and cared for. They are absolutely the best.Highly recommended for the comfort, the location, and the incredible hospitality! I will definitely stay here again!

The city is magnificent but the heat this year and the crowds were unbearable. The city is not that clean and garbage can be seen on the streets. But Florence is a beautiful city but the incredible number of visitors made it difficult to enjoy the city. Our apartment was adequate and our host was extremely helpful.

Excellent, well maintained and appointed apartment. Was great to return after an amazing stay in 2023 and enjoy the apartment and Paolo’s local knowledge and hospitality again. Thank you, will be back again for sure.

Paolo and his wife shared their lovely one bedroom apartment. It was a warm and welcoming home with all the amenities of full kitchen, two bathrooms, dishwasher, washing machine and all the comfort of a Florentine home. A fresh bowl of fruit was awaiting my arrival. The owners greeted me with the keys and a quick review of the property. They then escorted me around the neighborhood recommending grocery stores, restaurants, and the very important tricks about seeing the city. The “Mobike” bicycle app was an excellent addition to really exploring all of the city. (Get the App.)Please know this great apartment is a fourth floor walk up with steep stairs. It was no problem for me personally. But, if you have weak legs you will be in for a surprise. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.
