About this apartment rental
Apartment Alice is located on the ground floor inside a private courtyard that guarantees tranquility and silence. Equipped with kitchen / living room, double bedroom, bathroom and large outdoor space where it is possible to eat. It can accommodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Just renovated, it has climate, heating, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, free wifi, smart tv, hairdryer and other amenities. A baby bed is available on request. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The large outdoor area is sheltered by a sun shade where you can enjoy moments of relaxation as well as eating, and where you can also park your bicycles.
The TV has usb and hdmi sockets for connecting your devices.
Upon your arrival, it will be a pleasure to recommend you to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. During your stay I will always be reachable on the phone
Apartment Alice is located in the central area, in the district of Porta al Prato, about 10 minutes walk from the train station, 20 minutes from the cathedral and 15 minutes from the "fortress from below" where many events are held, the most important Pitti fashion.
Near the apartment are the new theater of the Opera of Florence, the Leopolda Station and the Cascine Park, a green haven of Florentine runners. Within walking distance are some restaurants, wash and dry, banks, markets and other useful exercises for your stay. There is free parking in the streets around the house, alternatively there are several garages in the area.
At 50 meters you will find trams and electric buses that run to the city center.
The house is totally at your disposal, but pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, guests can comfortably smoke outside. Check in from 2 pm to 10 pm, check out by 2 pm, any changes at these times can be agreed by mail or phone. In any case please indicate the number of the arrival flight or of the arrival train.

We loved the appartement. Just wat we needed. The owner was very helpfull. We lock ourselves out but he came to our rescue inside 20 minutes. LOCATION IS GREAT. NEAR BUS STOP.

We had a great stay at the Apartment Alice. Stefano and his daughter were onsite at our arrival to welcome us and explain everything about the apartment. The apartment is well furnished with everything you could need. We were surprised it had a laundry machine and a dishwasher. Pictures and description are accurate. However, the sofa bed was not as comfortable as we would have hoped. Location is good, near the train station, walking distance to the tram/bus and 15 min walk to the centro. Grocery stores at walking distance are small, but bigger ones are a few bus/tram stop away. Communication with Stefano through the stay was excellent. We loved our stay in this beautiful city and would not hesitate staying again.
