Located on the 2nd floor of a building (no lift), the apartment is fully furnished and comes with bed and bath linen already provided; it is equipped with central heating, wi-fi, TV, washing machine, and every comfort. Includes an entrance, a large bedroom, a large kitchen-living room with sofa bed, a full bathroom, a storage room, two balconies.
Situated in the district of Rifredi / Careggi, green and quiet residential area, close to the center but away from the busy city, which still retains the authenticity of a typical Florence neighborhood. Equipped with all sorts of services, many shops and supermarkets, the neighborhood is home for the hospitals of Mayer and Careggi, and the university area adjacent. Its location makes it also an excellent starting point to visit Florence and the many art towns of Tuscany. The junction for Highway motorway is just 3 km away and can be reached easily without having to go through the city. In front of the house and neighboring streets parking is easy and free. If you want to travel without a car the bus 14, front door, bring into the city center in few minutes. Alternatively the train in only 5 minutes connects the Rifredi station and Santa Maria Novella. Starting from February 2018 the new high speed tramway T3 will be available.
