About this apartment rental
'The apartment is located in Porta al Prato area, just 10 minutes on foot from the train station of Firenze Santa Maria Novella. Just close is the Leopolda, a place for exhibitions and cultural events, the great Parco delle Cascine where you can enjoy long walks or hire a bicycle, and the Teatro Comunale, home of the great symphony orchestra of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.
The apartment consists of a large studio fully renovated and well shared with kitchen and separate sleeping area. Living area with sofa and TV. Balcony with laundry area in part.
The apartment is very quiet because it doesn't overlooks the main street.
Two single beds on request.
Cleaning care has always been a very important aspect for us. Now, in addition to using specific products for chlorine-based disinfection, we perform a complete sanitization of the environment with an Ozone device.
It's equipped with: air conditioning, heating, kitchen with everything you need, fridge, microwave owen, toaster, iron and ironing board, washing machine, TV, hairdryer, internet access.
Large pay parking nearby.

Loved how clean the room was as well as the use of the washing machine and clothes line was invaluable. The room smelled great and I also loved the balcony.

Great loction for access to public transportation. Bus stop and tram stop right across the street. Made all parts of the city accessible to us and minimized the walking . Apprecitated the communication from the owners

Property matched online description, host(s) were wonderful, location good for exploring the old city & restaurants. AC worked (if a bit noisy); lots of hot water for showers, comfortable bed. Would stay again.
