About this house rental
The gîte is located on the Ile d'Or, opposite the Château d'Amboise. This island is a haven of peace for relaxation, observation of the Loire environment and leisure (swimming pool, health course, mini-golf). The cottage is 2 steps from the historic city center and the train station. It is a strategic place for the discovery of the heritage of Tours.
This cottage consists of a kitchen open to the living room. The bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs. It has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction hob, a classic coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a combination oven, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Outside, you have an interior courtyard with terrace, barbecue, sheltered relaxation area and a bicycle shelter.
Household linen is included in the price. We offer a cleaning package at 25 €. The tourist tax of 0. 55 € / adult / day is to be paid at the end of the stay.

Very clean. Ithad ecerything we needed. The property has a lot of character, in a cery old part of the city. Walk out the front door and you are looking at the castle.
