You will appreciate our family home which combines the charm of the old with the modern and upscale comfort of a recent renovation. Its location is ideal near the beaches and the golf course, in an old quarter full of charm and calm.
The large kitchen / dining room located in the new veranda is equipped with all the latest household appliances: 2 ovens, 1 of which is steam, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, microwave, robots, nespresso machine ...
The house is 180m2 and has 5 bedrooms: 3 with large queen size beds (1 can be made into 2 single beds), 1 with 2 bunk beds and 1 small with 2 pull-out beds + 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and 1 with shower and wc) and 1 separate wc.
There is a washing machine and 1 dryer and all the equipment for a baby: cot, high chair, bath ...
The linen is provided.
Outside, a pretty enclosed garden of 200m2 equipped with garden furniture, tables, chairs, deckchair, barbecue, and a very sheltered and sunny courtyard.

The house was very well and comfortably furnished, it had a superb kitchen and all necessary equipment.The garden was big enough for the children to play. in.The house was five minutes walk from three major beaches and 10 minutes walk to the centre of St Briac.The weather was beautiful which made the stay even better.I would recommend the house to anyone with or without a family.
