About this house rental
This typical Umbrian country house is part of a 17th century estate consisting of three buildings overlooking the surrounding countryside all the way to Todi.
The main house offers the most beautiful panoramic view: From its equipped terrace you can enjoy the view of the pool and the rolling hills of Umbria. A few meters away is the dependence and in the third building occasionally live the owners of the house. At the exclusive disposal of guests in the well-kept garden: Infinity pool, large panoramic pavilion for outdoor dining, adjacent stone barbecue with kitchen and fireplace. Services on request: cooking classes, wine cellar tours, wine tasting, truffle hunting. In this rustic borgo authentic precious materials are still visible, the furniture is made of antiques and the tiles of the barbecue are from Sicily. The Todi area hosts oenogastronomic, cultural and musical events during the summer. About 150 meters away is the characteristic medieval castle of Petroro, which partly belongs to the same owner.
Distances: Todi 8 km, Montefalco (The balcony of Umbria) 20 km, Spoleto and Perugia 40 km, Assisi and Orvieto 55 km, Rome 142 km, Siena 145 km, Florence 190 km. Near the villa there is a well-equipped wellness center and an excellent star restaurant. Can be used on request and for a fee.

Summary of reviewsBeautiful grounds, clean and comfortable houses. Some houses are located far from the pool. Lack of umbrellas makes sunbathing by the pool difficult. Unusual to have large group tours during stay.
