About this villa rental
Country House with Dependance and private Pool of the property (6 x 16m).

This splendid property offers comfort and privacy by being able to accommodate guests in 5 apartments of different sizes, which can be connected together. 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms.
Each apartment also has a comfortable two-seater sofa bed in its own living room.
The two apartments on the ground floor are very spacious and welcoming with an area of about 70 square meters each and are divided into a master bedroom, a large living room with kitchenette, a hallway and a large bathroom.
On the first floor there are two other apartments: 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, living room with a large fireplace, another living room and kitchen.
Next to it there is an ideal annex for 2 people consisting of a bedroom, bathroom and living room with kitchenette.
Each apartment has its own porch or terrace.
The apartments have just been refurbished and the rooms are now all elegantly furnished. New furnishings in perfect style with the context.
The farmhouse is made of stone recovered on the spot and then worked by master craftsmen with the techniques of the past: we have tried to take care of the preservation of the typical architecture of the rural structures of the place, recovering and enhancing most of the original materials, finished with details of the ancient tradition.
the ceilings retain exposed beams and chestnut trusses. All around large green areas with olive and fruit trees, as well as cypresses and other lush plants that decorate gazebos and pergolas.
The suggestive 6 x 16 swimming pool was built in an ancient stone manure.

Our hosts were most attentive! Any request was promptly handled with utmost respect. The property is nicer than the photos. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a group of 10 and found it offered privacy for each guest while having ample space to gather with friends.As a foreign traveler our hosts made it very easy and enjoyable.

Came to stay with a group of 19 people!The house was stunning! It’s so much bigger in real life than it seems! The apartments are well equipped and have everything you need. The grounds and pool are beautiful too. We visited in September, and the Sunsets from the property garden is breathtaking!Valeria was super helpful with the booking, and local tips and places to visit and eat. And Alice was amazing with any help we needed for the house. Also we got some fresh Aubergine and fresh tomatos from the gardens. Ana amazing stay. I’d recommend to anybody.

We just got back from a wonderful relaxing stay at this beautiful villa. The hosts were amazing with information and advice and Bi the villa guardian was always very helpful. The villa is in a perfect and relaxing destination and within close proximity of the amazing lake bolsena and stunning towns that surround it. I would definitely recommend eating in Bolsena. The pool is a perfect size with plenty of shade and sun bathing space. The villa itself is a beautiful building with a great layout and has everything you need. We were a family of 14 and it worked perfectly for us. Overall we had an amazing time and would recommend this to everyone.

We stayed for a facility reunion form all over the world.
The hiuse and hospitality exceeded our expectations and it was enchanted to say the least.
We would go there again and try to create opportunities to go back.
