About this farm stay rental
The Podere Tresa is the border between Umbria and Tuscany, absorbed in a natural highly suggestive.
We are on top of a hill, covered with olive and cypress trees, from which the view extends from Mount Cetona to Lake Trasimeno, in the middle of a 35-hectare farmland planted with wheat, sunflowers and olive trees that also includes an orchard. two oak woods.
The villa is an old stone farmhouse and brick ceilings with oak beams and terracotta floors.
Guests are welcomed into the house four different apartments, arranged to ensure adequate privacy: Cypress, Pine, Oak and Olive.
All apartments have their own entrance and outdoor area.

The Salone Convivial, ideal for team meetings, is a large room of 160 square meters with an arch structure characterized by a large fireplace, comfortable chairs, couch, tables and oak benches diffuse illumination suitable for informal meetings. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen Municipality, with access to the garden and panoramic view on the hill of Chiusi Alto.
The use of the premises is subject to reservation and allowed only to guests of the farm.

We had a wonderful stay at Podere Tresa. Conveniently located for access to Southern Tuscany and Umbria. We stayed as a group of 15 adults for 7 nights. The property had amenities for all age groups.Maria is an excellent property manager, she was very communicative and nothing was too much trouble.Staying here felt like a privilege. We would love to visit again.

My family of 8 adults just finished a magical week in Maria’s family estate. We had plenty of room as the house is divided into suites. The main floor has a common living room and kitchen area, which was a barn long ago. (If you cannot climb stairs, one suite is ground level.)The views and sunsets from the kitchen are breath taking! There are many areas to eat al fresco and the beautiful and large pool was used daily. The house is surrounded by Maria’s lush olive grove and cypress trees which provided privacy. The flower boxes are all blooming and the property is obviously lovingly cared for. The house is conveniently situated between Citta Della Pieve (great restaurants!) and Chiusi. We visited as far away as Montalcino, Arezzo, Orvieto, Assisi, (all within an hour drive) and everywhere in between. We will remember PODERE TRESA forever for providing an enchanting base for our Tuscany/ Umbria adventure! Thank you, Maria, for sharing your family home with us!
