This magnificent villa is located 400 m from the beautiful town of Cortona, one of the most beautiful and well-known towns in Tuscany.
This elegant villa is located in a beautiful panoramic position, surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside and olive groves, in a perfect location for a beautiful and relaxing holiday, while still enjoying the advantages of being within walking distance of the town center.
The property consists of two independent villas 50m apart that can either be rented together, accommodating up to 12/15 people, or separately. Each house has its own pool (approx. 8x4 m, open May-October) with a panoramic view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova. The main villa has an infinity pool, while the annexe has a beautiful pool with roman steps: the perfect place to enjoy the scenery "Under the Tuscan Sun". Other facilities include a car park, BBQ, washing machine and tumble dryer (charges apply). Wine and olive oil tastings, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and cooking classes are available upon request.
The 270m2 main villa can comfortably accommodate 8/10 people (four double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed in two rooms) and is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet, radio / CD / DVD). player, safe). On the lower ground floor there is a huge living room with fireplace and toilet. The 65 m² annex is a charming detached house on two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 4/5 people. It consists of a living room with fireplace (possibility to add a single bed), fully equipped kitchenette, and a mezzanine with a bedroom that can be double or twin. A double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. Equipment: air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi, radio / CD / DVD player, safe, hairdryer, windows with mosquito nets.

The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, WiFi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit €600, final cleaning €400, heating €400/week. Additional cleaning € 35/hour. Additional bed linen and towels € 30/person, tourism tax € 2.50 per person/day, max 4 days, free children under 12 years.
