About this house rental
This magnificent villa is located 400 m from the beautiful town of Cortona, one of the most beautiful and well-known towns in Tuscany.
This elegant villa is located in a beautiful panoramic position, surrounded by the typical Tuscan countryside and olive groves, in a perfect location for a beautiful and relaxing holiday, while still enjoying the advantages of being within walking distance of the town center.
The villa has an infinity pool (approx. 8x4 m, open May-October) with a panoramic view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova: the perfect place to enjoy the landscape “under the Tuscan sun”. Other facilities include a car park, BBQ, washing machine and tumble dryer (charges apply). Wine and olive oil tastings, breakfast, lunch and dinner, and cooking classes are available upon request.
This 270m2 main villa can comfortably accommodate 8/10 people (four double bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a single bed in two rooms) and is equipped with every comfort (air conditioning, satellite TV, WiFi internet, radio / CD / DVD). player, safe). In Cortona, just a few minutes' walk away, you will find restaurants, shops, museums and many works of art. Other beautiful Tuscan art cities within easy reach are Montepulciano (30 km), Pienza (45 km), Montalcino (65 km), Siena (75 km) and Florence (90 km).
The price includes gas, electricity, water, bed linen and towels, air conditioning, WiFi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit €400, final cleaning €300, heating €300/week. Additional cleaning € 35/hour. Additional bed linen and towels € 30/person, tourism tax € 2.50 per person/day, max 4 days, free children under 12 years.

The week was planned for a special family reunion and vacation.
Prior to our arrival, Giuseppe was exceptionally helpful and provided a quick response to all the questions and suggestions made of him.
The accomodations and location of this villa could not have been more convienient. A short 8 minute walk up the hill to Cortona was easy excuse to indulge ourself with gelato in Cortona proper.
The villa was entirely air conditioned, well appointed and the pool was crystal clear our entire stay. A spectacular panorama surrounds you and breathtaking sunsets are to behold.
Slyvia could not have been more pleasant, hospitable and attended to our every request and need. By the end of our visit we were ready to make her part of the family.
All my fearful apprehisions regarding this villa were dispelled the moment Slyvia gave us a tour of the property the day we arrived.
The hosts and property checked all the boxes, exceeded our expectations and made for a wonderful visit and happy family memories.

Property is very modern compared to other villas in the area. It’s spacious, extremely clean and well kept. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. The pool was beautiful. It’s a short uphill walk into town. Pretty steep but not too bad.

Great location walking distance to Cortona . Would have been 5 star when new sadly in need of some care both inside the home and in the garden and pool area . Kitchen is well equipped however very small and unable to hold cooking class here which we were looking forward too .
