Wir waren 2011 schon mal dort und jetzt wieder. Ein hübsches Bauernhaus, toll renoviert, 3-Zimmer-Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock. Es ist sehr sauber, toll sind auch Reisebett und Waschmaschine für uns als 5-köpfige Familie. Betten sehr bequem. Ausblick vom Balkon aus gigantisch! Leider kein Pool. Und leider sprechen die Vermieter kein deutsch, aber ein wenig englisch. Der gesamte Garten darf benutzt werden, bequeme Liegen, schöne Grillecke, zwei Schaukeln. Es ist praktisch niemand da, außer mal zum gießen. Weiter oben am Hang kann man sich sein eigenes Trinkwasser zapfen. Fanden die Kinder klasse. Nur italienisches Fernsehen, aber wir haben in den zwei Wochen überhaupt kein Fernsehen vermißt! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Wer gerne Urlaub macht in ruhiger Lage mit toller Landschaft, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Man ist in knapp 30 Minuten am Meer (Follonica, Piombino). Man ist aber auch schnell in den Bergen und kann Ausflüge nach Siena, Volterra und San Gimigano machen. Die Klosterruine bei San Galgano ist sehr zu empfehlen und dort kann man sehr gut essen, sehr kinderfreundlich.
