About this house rental
In a private Estate of 800Ha, typical Tuscan house with open views, in the countryside of the High Maremma, recently renovated, just 40km from the Etruscan coast and the beautiful natural park of Rimigliano.
Podere Ciclamino has 3 large bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in an annex located 20 meters from the main house, completely renovated and redecorated in 2019 with Air Conditioning and 2 en suite bathrooms.
Natural pool exclusive to tenants, secured by a fence but without supervision, (8m x 6m x 1.5m) less than 100m from the house, down a shady path.
Free WIFI.
Shaded and private terrace. Barbecue.
Note that the main house has two separate units rented separately.

Das Haus steht auf einem Hügel, etwas abseits vom Herrenhaus und Gutsbetriebes. Bei klarem Wetter, sieht man bis zum Meer. Im Haus gibt es zwei Wohnungen und ein kleines Nebenhaus, in dem nochmals zwei Zimmer sind. Unsere Wohnung war sehr gross und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren mehrmals am Strand Golf von Baratti., einfach traumhaft! Die Strandbar hat uns dort auch sehr gefallen. Um dort hin zu gelangen, sind es jedoch 50 Autominuten zu fahren. Im kleinen Ort Monterotondo, ca. 10 Autominuten vom Haus, hat es einen kleinen Coop, wo man alles nötige bekommt. Einen grossen Coop gibt es kurz vor Follonica, ca. 45 Autominuten zu fahren.
Elisabetha ist die gute Seele des Hauses! Uns hat es super gut gefallen, kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unsere Ferien im wunderschönen Podere sehr genossen. Die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei, die Einrichtung stilvoll. Das Haus liegt sehr idyllisch und ruhig mit schöner Aussicht. Sehr genossen haben wir auch den super Pool, der gut gepflegt ist und eine schöne Größe hat. In alle Richtungen sind abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge möglich, sei es zu Stadtbesichtigungen (Siena, Volterra...) ans Meer mit tollen Sandstränden, zum Wandern ins waldreichen Landesinnere oder in Naturschutzgebieten am Meer. Unkomplizierte und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Supertolles Haus, fantastische Lage wunderschön gelegen abseits und doch erreicht man alles in kurzer Zeit wenn man was unternehmen will, wie Kultur Einkaufen oder Strand. Der Besitzer des Hauses ein toller herzlicher Gastgeber mit dem man gerne ins Gespräch kommt. Er schaut immer mal vorbei und erkundigt sich nach dem Wohlbefinden und ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat Platz
für mehrere Personen. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet schlicht und einfach. Die Küche voll ausgestattet. Der Pool liegt etwa 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt in einem kleinen
Wäldchen wunderschön. Wir haben dort wunderbare Stunden verbracht. Die Lage wunderschön von der Terrasse aus genießt man die wundervollen Sonnenuntergänge
und einen fantastischen Sternenhimmel. Wir sagen Danke für drei wundervolle Wochen.
