Das sehr gut ausgestattete Haus ist perfekt für Erholung suchende Paare. Der Pool ist super, fuer Kinder nicht geeignet, für Erwachsene ein Traum. Sehr nette Gartenanlage. Alles sehr gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist super, ebenso die überdachte Veranda mit Grill. Ideal für Selbstversorger. Der Hinweis, dass der Anfahrtsweg zum Haus nicht für tiefergelegte Autos geeignet ist, ist ernst zu nehmen. Fazit: Es war toll, jederzeit wieder

Ferienhaus entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Internet bzw. Katalog. Alles Nötige vorhanden (Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Herd, W-LAN). Haus hat für bis zu 8 Personen die optimale Größe. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einem Waldgebiet. Während unseres Aufenthaltes waren die nächsten Nachbarn mehrere 100m weit weg. Optimal zum Entspannen bei völliger Ruhe. Man kann sich völlig frei und ungezwungen bewegen. Vermieterin sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr gut für Haustiere geeignet. Reisetipps: Da in der Toskana sowieso ein Fahrzeug benötigt wird, ist die Lage des Hauses optimal für Ausflüge z.B. nach Siena und Monteriggioni (ca.1 Std. Fahrzeit) oder für Badeausflüge ans Meer nach Follonica (ca.1Std.). Nächste größere Stadt ist Massa Marittima (ca.13 km). Sehr schöne, mittelalterliche Stadt mit guten Restaurants, Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Arzt, Polizei,...usw.
