Welcome to Perpetua! Relax after a day exploring the natural wonders on an amazing stretch of the Oregon Coast in Perpetua, our completely modernized 1977 Silver Streak. This spacious 31' trailer includes all the creature comforts needed to accommodate 4 people and features a queen bed, two twin beds that double as comfy couches, a long bar/eating counter, full kitchen and a bath/shower. Outside you can stretch your legs on a deck with seating.
This tiny is located in Tiny Tranquility park, home to over 40 tiny homes -and just a 5 minute walk to miles of pristine beaches. Within the park, you'll have access to our Doug Fir lodge with ping pong, pool table, darts, board games, TV area, small library, free laundry (after 7 pm), fitness room and an outdoor eating and grilling area. You're also welcome to enjoy our Redwood Commons community building with a large second story great room with ocean views, a beautiful sitting area with fireplace, full kitchen, and an outdoor deck. Walk around the property and check out our dog park, greenhouse with community garden, a large field to run your dogs or great for outdoor games for the family, and Tiny Tranquility's nature trail. We're 2 miles south of Waldport, 5 miles North of Yachats, and a 20 minute drive to Newport.

Tiny Tranquility was a wonderful place to stay. The unit was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The club house and garden area were a plus. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beach was just a few minutes away. Would stay again.

It was a fun experience. The property provided many options to have a good time....pool table, ping-pong, library, even free laundry facilities. And, it's a short walk to the ocean.

This Old Silver Streak trailer has been beautifully and lovingly restored inside. For us it was a tight fit, we are not used to trailer or RV life. We did enjoy our stay though. The bed was comfortable, the indoor temperature was easy enough to control, and the access to the beach was great. We enjoyed our stay in this unique little park.

Although the tiny homes were much cuter…this airstream was perfect for our family of 4 with much more room.
On-site full kitchen with a great lookout was a great place for a family dinner. We used the grill onsite as well to cook up our fresh catch from a half day fishing trip in Newport!
Game room with pool table was a fun experience after our drive in. Laundry facilities were open when we needed them.
The people of this community were great and shared stories and favorite spots to go and see with s’mores around the fire pit.
